About Demia

Demia is on the Operations Team as a Client Service Specialist. She ensures that requests from clients are communicated to the rest of the team and is executed seamlessly.

Prior to joining The Summitry in 2016, Demia held expertise in administrative duties stemming from her 5 years of dedication as lead front desk coordinator in the spa industry. In her years spent in administrative roles she has acquired the skills to maintain order and create a positive work culture for herself and the team.

Currently, Demia resides in San Mateo where she is continuing her education in Psychology and Business Administration. During her free time, Demia enjoys taking on the great outdoors and finds joy in hiking with friends.

  • What are your favorite pursuits outside of work?

    Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and spending time with the people closest to me.
  • Discuss a solution you provided for a client that you’re extremely proud of.

    I’m extremely proud of working with a client who came into wealth after the death of a family member. While you are grieving the loss of a loved one, the last thing you want to do is deal with a bunch of banks or financial institutions asking you for things in a language you don’t understand, and keeping all your information organized. I took on calling the financial institutions, consolidating assets, and really building the rapport with him and his family. I think building the relationship and the client knowing that he can trust us is really an accomplishment. I feel like I really came through for them, and it was the most rewarding thing I have done to date while working at Summitry.
