Karen is the Director of Client Services at Summitry. She primarily works with the Operations Team, ensuring that requests from clients are executed and communicated to the rest of the team.
Born and raised in Jamaica, Karen brings an international background and client-centered approach to her role. She earned her B.S. in Geology from Radford University in Virginia and began her career as a Hydrogeologist in South Florida, where she developed a strong analytical foundation and attention to detail.
Karen later transitioned into financial services, working as a licensed agent with Prudential Financial for five years. After taking time to raise her family with her husband, Eric, she returned to the workforce in Seattle as a Client Services Manager with Senior Financial Advisors. Over the course of 14 years, she built enduring client relationships, streamlined service processes, and led client service initiatives.
In the summer of 2024, Karen relocated to Los Angeles and served as Director of Client Services at Vantage Wealth. She brings decades of financial services experience, operational leadership, and a strong commitment to delivering personalized service.
