Michelle Wong is Summitry’s Workplace Experience & Events Specialist. She designs a seamless, hospitality-driven office experience for employees, clients, and visitors, and serves as an onsite ambassador of the firm’s core values.
She leads internal events and contributes to employee experience initiatives across the firm, partners with Marketing on client and community events, and oversees day-to-day office operations — including facilities, vendors, and workplace services. Her work supports a high-performing, welcoming environment across the firm.
Prior to joining Summitry, Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from San Francisco State University. She worked as a Customer Service Lead at an e-commerce company and worked in sales at ADP, providing consultation and support to clients, bankers, and CPAs. She brings extensive experience in project management and relationship building, backed by years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys trying new restaurants, cooking, and exploring creative projects that keep her inspired.
