About Will

Will joined Summitry as a Financial Advisor Assistant. He works to best serve our clients by providing advisory support, client service, and financial planning support.

Prior to joining Summitry, Will worked as an Associate Wealth Advisor for an RIA in San Jose, providing both client-facing and operational support. Will is launching his career after having a unique set of experiences across multiple financial disciplines including working as an analyst for a venture capital firm in Milan, Italy. Will is prepared to problem-solve and create value for any client in a diverse set of situations.

Will was born in St. Louis, but after moving to the Bay Area to attend college he has grown to love all the spectacular views and opportunities it has to offer, whether it is surfing in Santa Cruz, snowboarding in Tahoe, or riding motorcycles with his brother down Highway 1. Will also enjoys playing basketball, dirt biking, and traveling with his friends and family.

What does “living your best Bay Area Life” mean to you?

Living my best Bay Area Life means taking advantage of everything the Bay has to offer year-round with as many people as possible. Going on a hike with a friend in Marin, snowboarding with all of my friends in Tahoe, or just enjoying the endless sunny and warm weather with my family. The bay always provides a playground for me to fulfill my dreams and adventures.
What are your favorite pursuits outside of work?

I love anything that gets my heart rate going, whether it’s snowboarding, surfing, dirt biking, or working out. Much of what I do is with my older brother, or any of my friends that want to come along. I find it makes relaxing and winding down all the better and more satisfying. Finishing the day with a good movie or great food makes it all the better.
Share a personal accomplishment that you’re particularly proud of.

I was able to travel safely around and throughout Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia for five weeks with a single backpack.
