About Martin

Martin is a Client Service Specialist at Summitry, where he supports the Operations Team with outstanding client service and effective internal communication.

Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate at JPMorgan Chase, where he played a key role in the data migration effort following the acquisition of First Republic Bank. Earlier in his career, Martin served as a Research Analyst at First Republic Bank, delivering tailored research and analytics to support strategic decision-making. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Jose State University.

A Bay Area native, Martin lives in the East Bay with his wife. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf, and attending live music events.

What does “living your best Bay Area Life” mean to you?

Living your best Bay Area life means appreciating and embracing all the things this unique part of the world has to offer. Not everyone has access to the same resources, experiences, and opportunities. Hence, it’s important to remain humble and look for ways to give back to the community that has given us so much.
What are your favorite pursuits outside of work?

Golfing, snowboarding, live music, socializing, listening to NPR
If you volunteer for a charity, which one(s) and why?

I have volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club of San Francisco and the SF Marin Food Bank. They are great nonprofit organizations that do very noble and charitable work. Not only do they provide social services to those with disadvantaged circumstances, but they advocate for policy changes that go beyond just providing immediate relief.
