Misty is a Client Service Specialist at Summitry. She primarily works on the Operations Team, maintaining open and constant communication with her team to ensure that requests from clients are executed with detail and care.
Prior to joining Summitry, Misty earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication Studies from Holy Names University, as well as a Master’s in Teaching from Santa Clara University. She worked in Education as a teacher and in EdTech SaaS as a customer representative ensuring quality experiences all around.
Misty is a Bay Area native and currently resides in San Jose. She enjoys trying out new recipes at home, exploring nature, and bingeing Mystery Thriller audiobooks.
