Misty is a Client Service Specialist on the Operations Team at Summitry. She maintains open and constant communication with her team to ensure that requests from clients are executed with detail and care.
Prior to joining Summitry, Misty worked in Education as a teacher and in EdTech SaaS as a customer representative ensuring quality experiences all around. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication Studies from Holy Names University, as well as a Masters in Teaching from Santa Clara University.
Misty was born and raised in the Bay Area and currently resides in San Jose. In her free time, you can find her trying out new recipes at home, exploring nature, or binging Mystery Thriller audiobooks.
